หมวด ๓ บทกำหนดโทษ
(๑) ใช้ใบอนุญาตไม่ตรงกับสถานที่ที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาต
(๒) ไม่แสดงใบอนุญาตไว้ในที่เปิดเผย
(๓) ไม่ขอใบแทนใบอนุญาตจากผู้มีอำนาจออกใบอนุญาตภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ใบอนุญาตสูญหายหรือชำรุดในสาระสำคัญ
