ส่วนที่ ๘ การอุทธรณ์การประเมินภาษี

ในกรณีที่อธิบดีได้สั่งให้ทุเลาการชำระภาษีตามมาตรา ๑๐๐ ไว้แล้ว ถ้าต่อมามีพฤติการณ์ปรากฏว่าได้มีการกระทำเพื่อประวิงการชำระภาษี หรือได้มีการกระทำหรือตั้งใจจะกระทำการโอน ขาย จำหน่ายหรือยักย้ายทรัพย์สินเพื่อให้พ้นอำนาจการยึดหรืออายัด อธิบดีมีอำนาจเพิกถอนคำสั่งให้ทุเลาการชำระภาษีนั้นได้
