อาคารที่จะดัดแปลงหรืออาคารที่จะเปลี่ยนการใช้มาประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรมตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ต้องได้รับใบรับรองการดัดแปลงอาคารหรือใบอนุญาตเปลี่ยนการใช้อาคารมาประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรม แล้วแต่กรณี ภายในเก้าปีนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
