หมวด ๒ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับดวงตรา แสตมป์และตั๋ว

ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งดวงตราแผ่นดิน รอยตราแผ่นดิน หรือพระปรมาภิไธย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท”
