ลักษณะ ๖ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการก่อให้เกิดภยันตรายต่อประชาชน

ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ประภาคาร ทุ่น สัญญาณ หรือสิ่งอื่นใด ซึ่งจัดไว้เป็นสัญญาณเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการจราจรทางบก การเดินเรือหรือการเดินอากาศ อยู่ในลักษณะอันน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่การจราจรทางบก การเดินเรือหรือการเดินอากาศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
