หมวด ๓ ความผิดต่อความมั่นคงของรัฐภายนอกราชอาณาจักร

ผู้ใดได้รับมอบหมายจากรัฐบาลให้กระทำกิจการของรัฐกับรัฐบาลต่างประเทศ ถ้าและโดยทุจริตไม่ปฏิบัติการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี
