หมวด ๖ การส่งเสริมการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดทำการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำในที่จับสัตว์น้ำซึ่งเป็นสาธารณสมบัติของแผ่นดิน เว้นแต่จะได้รับใบอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้นำบทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๔๔ มาใช้บังคับกับการโอนใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่งด้วยโดยอนุโลม
