หมวดที่ ๓ ว่าด้วยเครื่องหมาย

รูปกาชาด (กากบาทแดง) เป็นเครื่องหมายของสภากาชาดไทยเช่นเดียวกับสภากาชาดของทุกประเทศ ห้ามมิให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดภายในพระราชอาณาเขตไทยนี้ใช้รูปกาชาด (กากบาทแดง) นี้เป็นเครื่องหมายสำหรับการใด ๆ เช่นใช้เป็นตรายี่ห้อในการขายของเป็นต้น ห้ามมิให้เขียนหรือติดไว้ ณ ที่ใด ๆ เป็นอันขาด นอกจากได้รับอนุญาตแล้วจากกรรมการสภากาชาดไทย
