ภาค ๑ ว่าด้วยข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ

บรรดาบทในพระราชกำหนดกฎหมาย ที่ท่านกำหนดแต่โทษปรับสถานเดียว ถ้าจำเลยเป็นทหารซึ่งไม่ใช่ชั้นสัญญาบัตรหรือชั้นประทวน ท่านว่าถ้าศาลวินิจฉัยเห็นสมควรจะให้จำเลยรับโทษจำคุกแทนค่าปรับตามลักษณะที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๘ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายลักษณะอาญานั้นก็ได้
