ส่วนที่ ๗ ตั๋วแลกเงินเป็นสำรับ
ถ้าผู้จ่ายรับรองลงไปกว่าฉบับหนึ่ง และคู่ฉีกซึ่งรับรองเช่นนั้นตกไปถึงมือผู้ทรงโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายต่างคนกันไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้จ่ายจะต้องรับผิดตามคู่ฉีกนั้น ๆ ทุกฉบับ เสมือนดังว่าแยกเป็นตั๋วเงินต่างฉบับกัน
