ให้ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับแจ้งตามวรรคหนึ่ง คืนใบทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ณ สถานที่ที่ได้จดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มไว้ ภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งการเพิกถอน
