ลักษณะ ๑ ข้อความเบื้องต้น

คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดจะเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทย ต้องเสียภาษีอากรที่ค้างชำระ และหรือที่จะต้องชำระ แม้จะยังไม่ถึงกำหนดชำระ หรือจัดหาประกันเงินภาษีอากร ให้เสร็จสิ้นตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลรัษฎากรนี้ก่อนออกเดินทาง
