หมวด ๓ การควบคุม
(๑) โฆษณาหรือกล่าวอ้างว่าตนทำการตรวจสอบและรับรองในสาขาที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๘ หรือใบรับรองตามมาตรา ๒๘ เกินความจริง
(๒) โฆษณาหรือกล่าวอ้างว่าตนเป็นผู้รับใบอนุญาตหรือผู้รับใบรับรองอันเป็นเท็จ
(๓) มีส่วนได้เสียในผลประโยชน์กับผู้ประกอบกิจการ
