ส่วนที่ ๒ ทวิการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในด้านสัญญา

เมื่อคณะกรรมการว่าด้วยสัญญากำหนดให้สัญญาของการประกอบธุรกิจที่ควบคุมสัญญาต้องไม่ใช้ข้อสัญญาใดตามมาตรา ๓๕ ทวิ แล้ว ถ้าสัญญานั้นใช้ข้อสัญญาดังกล่าว ให้ถือว่าสัญญานั้นไม่มีข้อสัญญาเช่นว่านั้น
