หมวด ๕ กองทุนคุ้มครองธุรกิจนำเที่ยว

ให้จัดตั้งกองทุนขึ้นกองทุนหนึ่งเรียกว่า “กองทุนคุ้มครองธุรกิจนำเที่ยว” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้เป็นเงินทดรองจ่ายให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวซึ่งได้รับความเสียหายจากการที่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจนำเที่ยว หรือตามที่ได้โฆษณาหรือรับรองไว้กับนักท่องเที่ยว หรือตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
