ส่วนที่ ๘ การจัดทำบัญชี การรายงาน และผู้สอบบัญชี

ในกรณีที่ผู้สอบบัญชีมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่ามีการทุจริตเกิดขึ้นในสถาบันการเงินใด ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีแจ้งให้ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยทราบ พร้อมทั้งส่งเอกสารหรือพยานหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้แก่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยในทันที
