ให้ผู้จัดการเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดวางระบบและจัดทำบัญชีการเงินและบัญชีอื่นของโรงเรียนในระบบตามแบบและระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด โรงเรียนในระบบต้องเก็บรักษาบัญชีและเอกสารประกอบการลงบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการบัญชี
