หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการ

คณบดีมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสี่ปีและอาจได้รับแต่งตั้งใหม่อีกได้ แต่จะดำรงตำแหน่งเกินสองวาระติดต่อกันมิได้ และให้นำความในมาตรา ๓๐ วรรคสองและวรรคสาม มาใช้บังคับแก่การพ้นจากตำแหน่งก่อนครบวาระของคณบดีโดยอนุโลม เมื่อคณบดีพ้นจากตำแหน่ง ให้รองคณบดีพ้นจากตำแหน่งด้วย
