หมวด ๔ ความรับผิดในทางอาญา

ผู้ใดบันดาลโทสะโดยถูกข่มเหงอย่างร้ายแรงด้วยเหตุอันไม่เป็นธรรม จึงกระทำความผิดต่อผู้ข่มเหงในขณะนั้น ศาลจะลงโทษผู้นั้นน้อยกว่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นเพียงใดก็ได้
