หมวด ๒ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับดวงตรา แสตมป์และตั๋ว

ผู้ใดลบ ถอนหรือกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ แก่แสตมป์รัฐบาลซึ่งระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๒๕๔ และมีเครื่องหมายหรือการกระทำอย่างใดแสดงว่าใช้ไม่ได้แล้ว เพื่อให้ใช้ได้อีก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
